We are looking for Front-End Developers across Junior level, based in or near our Iasi and Bucharest offices. This opportunity is a part of UniCredit's Credit IT department and offer the possibility of hybrid working as well as the potential to work remotely based on the specific vacancy and level of experience.

 

What will you be doing in this role?

 

In this role you will join a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals that have full accountability for the product, both for new features and maintenance. 

 

We’re currently working with Java Enterprise Applications, and within the Digital Transformation program we are planning various technology stack upgrades with features, aiming to improve the experience for our customers.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Analyse requirements, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs
  • Actively participate in all project phases
  • Maintain and manage all delivered functionalities
  • Take the lead of various implementation streams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product by investigating alternatives and technologies that fit with the overall application landscape and target architecture
  • Work closely with other team members as well as customers to understand their needs from an application or system
  • Provide technical guidance to other software developers

 

What will you bring to this role?

 

To succeed in this role, you should have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • Web technologies experience with deep knowledge of React (in particular), Angular JS, Angular 6+ Type Script, Node.js, RxJs
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Experience with agile delivery
  • Object oriented analysis and design using design patterns
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Open-minded, structured and result oriented personality
  • Communication skills and team orientation
  • Discipline and a clear focus to see action through to delivery
  • Energetic, positive, goal focused and consistent under pressure and tight deadlines

 

The following experience would be a plus:

 

  • Multiyear experience in complex IT projects
  • Proven experience on projects within the banking/credit product area
